What do I need for a video session?
A private room, a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera, and a steady connection. Headphones help with privacy and sound.
What if I am outside Oregon and Georgia?
We cannot see you yet. Counseling rules depend on where you are during the session, so you need to be in one of the two states.
Who sees what I enter when I book?
Only your first name, email and chosen time. Anything clinical goes into the secure portal after the consultation.
Can I switch from individual to couples?
Yes. Tell your counselor and the format and fee change from your next session.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a $75 late fee. The free consultation can be cancelled any time.
